What we do

01

Sale and Purchase Inspections

A single, unbiased report for vessel sellers and buyers to streamline the sales process and provide transparency. A Comprehensive assessment to evaluate vessel condition and potential capital expenditures before acquisition. We assess the structural integrity, operational status, and overall condition of the vessel, evaluating maintenance and repair needs, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support informed investment decisions.

02

Focused Vessel Inspections & CICs

Targeted vessel inspections addressing critical operational, regulatory, and technical areas, such as engine room condition, bridge operations, safety management, and cargo handling systems. These inspections address areas of focused concern, proactively identifying deficiencies that may affect safety, performance, and compliance. When aligned with upcoming Port State Control Concentrated Inspection Campaigns (CICs), they ensure full readiness and minimize the risk of deficiencies or detentions.

03

Vessel Compliance Inspections

Pre-Vetting, Verification & Audits, Environmental & Navigation Audits, Incident Investigation & Risk Assessment. Preparatory vessel inspections designed to identify and address potential deficiencies ahead of official vetting, audits, Port State Control, or SIRE inspections. Early detection and correction of such issues not only enhance compliance and safety performance, but also prevent findings that could negatively impact the vessel’s commercial operations, reputation, and future chartering opportunities.

04

Ship Condition Surveys, On-Hire / Off-Hire

Assessing the general physical condition and operational readiness of the vessel before, during, or after the charter period. This includes checking the structural integrity, equipment, and overall compliance of the ship to mitigate operational risks. This inspection is conducted at the start and end of the charter period to document the condition of the vessel and her consumables.

05

Shipyard Evaluation & Site office Assessment

A comprehensive evaluation of shipyard facilities, construction practices, and project management standards. Assessment of the supervising site-office to ensure adherence to industrial standards and de-risk the outcome of newbuild projects. The early identification and rectification of deficiencies at this stage mitigates risks that could otherwise have long-term implications for the vessel’s structural integrity, performance, and operational reliability.

06

Energy Efficiency & Decarbonization Assessment

Thorough evaluations and scenario planning, focusing on vessel energy efficiency, Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII), and broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics. The assessment covers the vessel’s energy efficiency profile to identify improvement areas, propose energy efficiency enhancement measures, and recommend solutions that strengthen the vessel’s overall environmental performance.
